I’m involved in a number of ongoing collaborations, exploring the messy borders between sound and performance, how actions and strategies of body and noise are made sense of in seemingly different contexts.

Working with artist (performance, filmmaker) Jo Hauge in many situations since 2017 we’ve developed a shared internal logic of overwhelm, enthusiasm, and pleasure taking precedence over “joy”. Particularly in the iterative and ongoing figure skating fandom series since 2020, kiss&cry and Self-Insert outside fan spiral (on ice).

In collaboration with artist and writer Eirini Kartsaki since 2020 we’ve been investigating performance as a sonic medium, for installation and radio, using voice, body action and music.

Failing Sores was made and shared as part of this CRiSAP broadcast for Resonance Extra (starts at 40:00).

2021 EP So Sloppy made as part of the Performance, Possession & Automation project.

I’ve been working with Tamm Reynolds and their drag alter-ego Midgitte Bardot making sound and noise, and writing together for performance and theatre. Since 2023 we’ve been working on and presenting Shooting From Below, a theatre piece about the simultaneous sexualisation and infantilisation of the disabled body, and the dwarf body as figure of violent and often unwilling entertainment in particular. It has songs.
